According to my doctor, I'm now clinically diagnosed with "Treatment resistant crippling chronic major depressive disorder" in addition to my anxiety/panic disorders. Bloody fantastic. At least I don't have to do jury duty ever again in my life🙃

I'm depression shopping and spending my money again, even though I know it won't make me happy.

I feel bad spending money on myself. I'd much rather spend it on something for someone else. But because I'm a horrible person and ruin things, I don't have anyone for that anymore.

Welp, time to force myself back to sleep.
