@shinosarna I'm doing way more than Rosalina, allowing myself leeway in the size and color helps me deal with more complex designs.

And some sprites are even double the size, but its reserved for absolute big boys.

Believe it or not, I got commissioned to sprite an entire character, its MaGMML3 playable Aile from MegaMan ZX! Thanks to @shadowzero925 for the work, which took 9 hours and a half to make.
