Battlemaps are great for giving you ideas for your campaigns. If I didn't have the internet I would have run out of places for my players to fight skeletons a long time ago, but now they can fight skeletons somewhere exotic every week.

This nerd map is definitely filled with huge dorks, but they're probably wizards so it might be tricky to smash their glasses and knock their books onto the ground. Tricky, but not impossible.

You know I don’t like to get nasty in these posts, but I'll be honest here: this waterfall is all dragon pee and the whole village downstream doesn’t even know- their whole town is built around it and they don’t know it’s all based on piss.

In the Mushroom Kingdom you've got two choices, either you learn to get real crafty with your spices or you develop a taste for people meat.

For a party of reasonable adventurers coming across a cavern of glowing mushrooms would be interesting but not a conflict. Unless you have the guy in your party that eats everything he gets his hands on, so now you're fighting him.

Look, how about I just answer your question now before you even ask- no, you may not use skeleton archers on this map, this forest is skeleton-free and even if it wasn't they check bows at the door, so there no way.

I don't know what jerks thought to build their place all the way up on a mountainside but I bet you anything they could fly.

Nothing really draws your party together better than stumbling across an ancient basin filled with a million tormented souls deep below the surface. Really puts things into perspective, you know? I thought the 5th pool was overkill though.
