-Sleeping Beauty: reconstructs Nier based on a memory backup. Later its database including human memories is used to create YoRHa/Machines.

But given the rate of evolution machines are shown to be going through, even attempting to mimic organic life and technically creating the next step of evolution after replicants, they probably will end up becoming/creating the Watchers imo.
