Looking at Kukri's win quotes against Whip in KOF XIV and XV plus his win quote against Leona in SNK Heroines.
It seems that he finds Whip very attractive (I don't blame him)

It is a shame Whip wasn't in the roster of SNK Heroines.
I hope she appears in the sequel.

I personally prefer Orochi Shermie's look in KOF 2002 to be honest, I just think she looks more gorgeous with dark skin and the purple dress.
