@Cammiluna I decided to make an updated ref to match my newly-aquired style! And I figured while I was at it, I might as well update Martony's outfit to be more self-indulgent, taking inspiration from characters such as Gohan, Gowther, and this artwork of Kurama!

@Cammiluna Last year, I made a Martony ref, but it was short-lived because I got constructive criticism that my face structures could use some work. I ended up tweaking my style until it became the one I'm currently using!

@Cammiluna COLOR SENSING MOTH ANTENNAE! Not only did they make for a more interesting silhouette, but they suited Martony as an artist! The color sensing idea was inspired by a fact I heard about artists being able to perceive more colors than the average person!

@Cammiluna Pacing around at that job lost in thought gave me plenty of cool story ideas, but it was also a major frustration! I came face-to-face with many a Karen. Working there was the inspiration for Martony being stuck in a dead-end job at the beginning of his story.

@Cammiluna During my college years, my skills kept improving! I got into manga and was doing inked drawings. I redesigned Martony's outfit, inspired by the patterns of emerald tree boas and leopards! Also gave him long hair since it's cool to me~
