Japanese artist Ennorei (@ennorei) had their Twitter account suspended for having the following artwork on their banner (The upper half with butt mostly hidden).

Even Aiue Oka's "Hypnotic Sexual Counseling" Series includes the character "眠", which on its own, means "Sleep".

Because of the association with "rape", the Kanji character "Sleep" is now a censored word.

Hence, there's one weird black dot in this title.

But payment processors are also muscling in on distribution sites with their own demands.

Some of them demand "Sensitive words" to be blurred out.

So in this case, "JK" (School girl) is replaced with 2 black dots. (The title art still has it).
