@KamijouMedi @THQNaritafan What does represent a Level 0 though? Komaba was using Hard Taping to grant him superhuman strength and speed to fight evenly with Awaki and had a Smart Weapon that scans the opponent to fire an accurate killing bullet.

I was expecting Mental Out volume 2 to contain another character like Gaouin Tsukasa. If it's all Shokuhou the volume covers will be confusing if you hold them side to side together.
