I went to Netflix to sample the new Cowboy Bebop series but then I noticed this new Korean series from the director of Train to Busan so guess what.

is this movie overhated?

just watched Fear Street Part 1 and I highly enjoyed it despite being older than everyone in the movie by about 30 years. might be the jukeboxiest slasher flick I've ever seen! fun stuff.

today I learned that there are Chinese killer snake movies called Monty Python and Monty Python 2

after Gremlins was a smash, Joe Dante directed three films that were NOT hits, but have gone on to become widely adored. Explorers and The 'burbs were two, and in between was Innerspace, a wonderful action comedy that nobody dislikes. nobody I've met, anyway. (on HBO Max & Tubi)
