The most human #MidJourney face I have gotten to date. No touchup.
#MidJourney does some of its best work for me on faces when I make up a name. Not someone famous, just something that sounds person-ish.
The only prompt for these was "Chuck McHardslab"
...
The Chucks have lived rough lives.
"Ears, eyes, and nostrils are still an issue."
"So, you know, faces."
"To be fair, it's gotten good and cheeks and chins."
This may be the best lich I have yet gotten out of #Midjourney.
So far, AI programs seem best to create things that have some margin for what people expect them to look like.
@carlosatscg @AlJAug Of those, I really like the one on the upper left, so I got a full detail-level version of it.
@carlosatscg @AlJAug You can then select one to upscale, or select one to get variants of, or try tweaking your prompt for different kinds of images.
In this case, I asked for 4 variants based off the upper right-hand image.
@carlosatscg @AlJAug Then, if gives you 4 "sketches" it creates with its image algorithm.
So, I literally typed that voracious space god thing, and it gave me these 4 sketches.
Even for personal home games, I won't be turning to #Midjourney for cartography anytime soon.
But yeah, someday I'd guess.
