Spent a much needed and enjoyable couple of hours painting in the studio today. Self-isolation means you become your own model, so here’s a WIP moody self-portrait.

My latest Theatre Residency painting of stage performer @lavoixtheshow was unveiled last night live on stage infront of a sell out 1200 audience. The painting will be on display in the theatre very soon. Thanks La Voix and @TheWaterside1 for letting me capture this special moment

This was a real challenge to paint as I wanted to capture that strong vibrant stage lighting as seen in the darkness of the stage wings. Great fun though! @BucksCulture @Theatreluvvie
