Names, details for the presumed villains:

* Lear: "prince from unknown country," built Pasio and organizing its league after losing to "certain Trainer wearing a hat."

* Sawyer & Rachel: Lear's staff. Rachel respects Lear's single-mindedness, "despite his arrogant nature."

New Pokémon Master characters:

"Professor Bellis is the Pokémon Professor on the artificial island of Pasio. She's researching the relationship between Pokémon and sync stones, which are needed for sync moves."

Name appears to pun on her being... an actual cat.

Close enough.

Yamper, the Puppy Pokémon. Type: Electric.
Ability: Ball Fetch

As Chosen Cutie, it gets two pieces of art.

Yamper's drawn to fast-moving things. "It can chase after people and Pokémon or even go charging at vehicles!" It also produces (and releases) electricity when it runs.

The presumed antagonists or at least tourney organizers in Pokémon Masters. They look awful, in a good way. They look like villains from Mega Man Star Force.
