Idea from @Toppehatte - maybe Yamper, the Electric-type corgi with a heart butt, evolves into an Electric/Fairy type? Welsh folklore considers them enchanted "dogs of fairies" / the gift of fairies.

Much better look at Yamper (Electric) and Impidimp (Dark/Fairy) via @pokebeach_wpm. Again, Yamper comes with a unique ability, Ball Fetch, which lets it retrieve Poké Balls from failed catch attempts.
