I really need to add to this collection and get the first three reprinted. Belted kingfisher, hooded merganser, and blue jay. These were done at least a couple of years ago.
More art from "the vault". I originally made this piece for possible greeting cards but essentially couldn't make the manufacturing-vs-sales math work. A doe and buck Megaloceros with my neo stone age tribal work.
Because I apparently can't get diddly squat done have some older-but-still-good art. This is Niobi/Niobium my saurian-headed dragon.
I am asking for input from all of you (Yes YOU!) on what to do about Black Friday; I've made a public Patreon post going over my challenges in detail. My service dog's emergency wiped out the money I'd saved for Black Friday supplies & I'm a bit stuck. https://t.co/yPPcvGGUmt
These pieces were done with my new locally sourced and made black walnut ink and a smattering of gouache, pen, & other inks. The snake skeleton has no title, but the lionesses are "The Younger Sister" and "The Older Sister". A carved stick & a goose feather were the primary pens.
Here is a proper scan of "Leo Kifo". The art is actually quite small at only 3.5x5.5 inches. Mixed media pen, gouache, watercolor, and ink.
I think after a mountain of work and all this time I am FINALLY done with this piece.
"Where the Sun God Sleeps" - A whopping 43x36 inch 350DPI canvas.
These were my biggest, most time intensive art pieces of 2018. I hope as summer shows its face that I can get at least a few acrylic paintings done.
I wasn't really trying to accomplish anything with these tribal tigers, but these came out very nice regardless.
