There are 4 key animators that did key animation for the 1996 SONIC movie that also did key animation for Evangelion TV.
The production timeline here is interesting. Cause Sonic was released in Jan of 1996. Combined these key animators worked on episodes 3, 4, 6, 10, 12 and 23.
Why haven't there been any manga adaptation of the original Gundam 0079 Novels?
It's not odd that there should be one, it's odd that there isn't one in the first place.
One could ask "would it make any money" but there are much more niche Gundam UC manga out there.
I keep forgetting the towing technique was there from the very start. Episode 5 of 0079.
Not sure if I understand but it was thanks to Akitaka that Mashymre's Zaku III is green. Apparently he pleaded with Tomino to have his Zaku III to have "Zaku colors" and that Mashymre's signature color was already green.
Sorry I can't find citations for this JPN Wiki paragraph.
Just in three shots so much happens. Shinji looks at Gendo and then it cuts to Gendo. As soon as it cuts to the entry plug Shinji, Asuka and Rei are already in their plugsuits and already inside their entry plugs. Quick pacing, to the point.
I did watch Kogawa's GREED. However COOL COOL BYE is definitely more accessible. I did enjoy the aesthetics of GREED as I did with COOL COOL BYE.
I must caution that no one really go into these OVAs for the story though.
Mostly recommended for Kogawa fans.
As @PrimusVsUnicron has pointed out already Amasa Pora looks like "Char dressed up as Solid Snake."
This is a super coincidence considering Metal Gear would only release one year after Pora's ZZ episode. It's also crazy because Big Boss and Liquid Snake are compared to Char.
Amasa Pora according to Endo was a Zeon Remnant like Rommel and was not from space like the other Neo Zeon soldiers. Seems like Endo and Tomino took a liking to her but in the end had to kill her off.
Wish I knew what direction Kitazume got?

@mecha_tho @zeonicscans Yeah!
Also Pola kinda looks like a battle hardened Kate Hathaway from Vifam.
