These flashbacks in episode 4 are drawn simply without much animation; but just making Anne's hair stick out make them rather striking.

@ondororu And also don't forget 12 from Street Fighter III which is similar to Spell Seijin from Ultraseven.

Although I ain't 100% sure I do believe these side profile shots from episode 17 of Evangelion were drawn by Tomonori Kogawa. They are the most Ideon-esque looking.

I miss Daisuke Gori so much. It's already been 11 year since his passing.

Its sad that LEGACIAM didn't succeed. It's probably why we don't see anymore works directed by Hiroyuki Kitazume. LEGACIAM has a chunk of carry over from the Zeta-ZZ staff.

The first time I ever found out about Kitazume was through Megami Tensei of all things.
