And now for something different; sharing incomplete work. I wanted to practice more alien swamp stuff but felt... idk, off?
But I also drew a lot and didn't want to scrap it. So, here's what a middle stage of scenery pics looks like.
Feedback and references are welcome please.
"It's not unusual for a Nectcargo to have a bug pokemon or two nesting in their shell. Maybe a Goomy if you are lucky. But in Galar? Expect to see a lot of Applins."
This has been on my mind for a while. I knew I had to get the apple dragons and Nectcargo together for a pic.
@GlassesGator Congrats again on the 5k dude! And here's to a good time to whoever wins!
I think I'll throw Chlo in the ring for the raffle.
@SpaceAxolotl Huh, somehow I missed this. Well, thanks for the offer dude! If you don't mind, I'll toss my alien your way.
No character doodles this time. I wanted to practice my scenery again (though, this was rather quick). I feel like I need to find that balance between being detailed and using simple brushes for the same setting.
Overall, I'm happy with it, but would like to hear some ideas here
"Oh, when I'm not doing my research, I spend my time reading adventure stories. There's something about people exploring the vast oceans and space that really speaks to me."
Here, enjoy some Chlo art. Want to work out a bit more of her character style.
Made this silly doodle a while ago and just forgot to post it.
I'd imagine with Nectcargo and Applin together, they would end up making a lot of apple treats together... to bad they'd eat them all before sharing.
I just met one of my long term friends @NoLimit42 and I don't think it's quite settled in me that I just met him in person. While I'm working on that, here's a pic of their character Lina.
Thanks for the fun time dude! It was great to see you and the others. I had a good time.
