It's the Alternate Possessed Klug from @Night_Hydrangea 's #PuyoPuyo Soul-Swap AU, where it's the Cyan Soul that's sealed in the Tome of Sealing, instead of the Crimson Soul.
From what I understand they're very chill in a creepy way.

I adore the official translations of the #PuyoPuyo games for the most part.
However, some things kind of confound me. For example. A "Tetrahedron" is a not the same thing as a "Tetragon".
