Eye-reveal, Part 3: Ms. Accord

Accord has cat eyes, because there's no way in Puyo Hell you can convince me she is fully human.
I wasn't sure if I wanted her to look sinister or not, so I did both.

I personally find Accord pretty creepy as a character.

For those who don't know, wish is the surprisingly youthful grandmother of our Witch, who is a genius master of celestial witchcraft.
