Stock Doves are often too shy to get a good look at but this pair have been flirting right outside my window so I managed to sneak up on them a couple times, and once whilst they’ve been in the trees by the house. Understatedly smart birds.

Love is in the air at @RSPBScotland Fowlsheugh today, as the Guillemots have returned en masse to jostle for the best nest site and match up with partners. Lots of head dipping & noisiness to be experienced!
