At the end of the story the heroes and villains have to ditch Sivana’s island base, as it’s set to explode, leaving the Vanytes to die. Except, Sivana outright says they’ll survive the explosion… so does that mean there’s just a huge army of living Plastic Man clones in the sea?

In fact, Sivana created a whole clone army, whom he called The Vanytes*. Sivana even says they’re essentially Plastic Man’s offspring! He also put some of Plas in Shado’s son Robert and Oliver’s son Conner’s DNA to heal them of deadly ailments… albeit in a mind controlled state.

At the end of the arc, the clones are killed off, but a few years later, the idea would resurface in an arc in Winivk’s run on Green Arrow/Black Canary. In issues 8 and 9, from 2008. There, it’s revealed that Plastic Man was kidnapped months ago, so Sivana could have fresh DNA

That’s not even mentioning costumes that were intended to be temporary but still got used often, like the two different T-Shirt looks or the Rebirth Black suit

4. NEW Rebirth

There sadly isn’t a current way to see all the segments and clips. You can find some on YouTube, but they’re scattered and frankly low-quality. And the 2009 release of the Plastic Man cartoon only had the original series*, with no live-action segments, or other Plas-related toons
