In Superman #1 from 1939, we learn that Superman gets his job at the Daily Star* by stopping a lynching of an accused man. After stopping the riot, he just… straight up tells a crowd of people he’s a reporter. Not even that he’s Superman, just that he’s a reporter

Here’s a fun thing I did a while ago. DC Superheroes as Power Rangers. I did Plastic Man’s first, just toying around, and then went to the others. It was really fun working backwards to create costumes that would represent each hero while still looking like Ranger uniforms.

I think it’s kind of funny how there hasn’t been a story about Plastic Man, a man who’s deal is that he’s metaphorically and physically plastic, having some sort of conflict or even meeting the more environmentalist characters of the DCU. Feels like it could be a funny conflict.
