Did you know that in the 1970’s there was a Plastic Man animated series? It was called the Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure show!

Just like change the mask so it doesn’t have the wings or the “A”, change the stars so they’re a mix of “A”’s and stars, take out the stripes, and boom! Captain Avenger!

Also, Joker fully having white skin, green hair, and red lips = Joker having white skin, green hair, red lips, but using makeup for flourish

@KaijuQgle (Hey that’s cool, plus he is neat and he does sorta fill an RF spot, with his green+black suit contrasting Bart’s red+white-yellow suit)

Although I think this costume needs to be the main costume of someone like Thawne or Zolomon, something to set those two apart more. Or maybe even Inertia if he ever got bumped up to RF status. It’s too cool to not use anymore
