These are not beta designs, but in Red & Green, Dratini and Dragonite had a few differences compared to the present ones.

Decilla and Gyaon. Probably early designs of Tyranitar. Decilla is the substitute movement dummy, it was meant to be a pokémon. I wish it had existed.
