Here is the final version of this landscape! I wanted to use it as a way to help study values and atmospheric perspective, which is why it looks so grey and boring. Also, it’s my entry for this week’s prompt, earth colors. My next one will look a bit more exciting, hopefully. ^w^

Day 147! I finally finished this piece. Traditional is not my go-to, but it’s good to stretch old muscles and practice regardless. Also, I needed to post something, and this is what I had. Hope you like it!

For never having done a shark before, I can honestly say that I’m pretty proud of how this came out. Hopefully the next one comes out just as well!

This is the final product of the painting I was working on for my sister’s birthday. I have never painted a horse before, so I’m really glad with how it came out. Otherwise, I hope you guys enjoy it, and here’s to another year!

Finally, this piece is done! It was meant for last week’s prompt, “Witchcraft”. I have a lot to learn in simplifying and texturing, haha! Nevertheless, I hope that I can take what I’ve learned from this piece and pay it forward to my next project. Hope you guys like it.

This week’s prompt was “Happy”, and I decided to use the last sketch I made in my book. It seemed to carry an energy that still encourages you forward, while also ending off the book so it was the perfect mix. I had a lot of fun making this piece, and I hope you enjoy it. XP

Happy Valentine’s Day! I recreated Cupid because I was tired of the same little baby over and over again. Here’s what I imagined he might have looked like all grown up. What do you think?

I finally finished this project, and I adore how it came out. I’ve been working hard on being patient and letting the piece flow more naturally, and I love the results of that process. Still have some learning to do, but this is absolutely my new favorite piece. XP
