Looks like there might be a third faction of black dragons in the story surrounding Wrathion vs Sabellian, and based on their titles, they seem to be Deathwing loyalists, and ones that the player can support.

I don’t (and probably shouldn’t) expect this to happen for a long while because they’re going to take plenty of break from Sylvanas, but I was thinking about how she’d inevitably return to the story earlier today and how they might mend her ties to the Forsaken a bit.
