Afternoon, class! Tonight at 6pm EST, let's continue our journey through Akeldama for Doom 2, playing its second episode. I'm expecting some exciting vanilla-compatible Doom action, so I hope you'll come along for the ride.

Would people be interested in a Ghost Sweeper Mikami stream sometime? I could play the Super Famicom game and maybe throw on a few episodes of the anime after. The game is based on the manga and anime, but it's made by Natsume, so it's got a lot of polish and is pretty fun!

Afternoon, class! Tonight at 6pm EST, it's Akeldama for Doom 2. This 2020 megawad was a community project headed by valkiriforce, whose work I've played and enjoyed on stream. It features the work of many mappers, and looks to Memento Mori and Alien Vendetta for inspiration.

Happy New Year, class! Let's start 2023 off right, with a great game, some Doom, and a bad game challenge! I'm especially excited for Friday, since if I beat Spiderman & The X-Men in Arcade's Revenge without a guide, @/AllbonesJones will have to play Bart vs the World on NES!

Evening, class! Since I won't be streaming this week, I'm extending this month's #BeatBloom contest until the end of the year! If you want to get your bowling in, now's your chance.

I have no idea what/if I'm going to stream on Monday, so for now, the schedule is Christmas Doom wads on Wednesday, and the #vtuberchoir karaoke relay and Silent Night debut on Friday! I'll write a real schedule tomorrow, and we'll see if I end up streaming. Night everyone!

It never came out in the West, but the Famicom version of Ys 1 is probably one of the worst ports there is of it from the time. It's slow, kinda ugly, and needlessly changed compared to the PC-88 original. Famicom Ys 2 is much better. Tempted to stream them both eventually!
