This is Sig ver. Persona 3, from Puyo Puyo Quest.

The gun in his hand is an Evoker, which is not artillery but summons Personae instead.

This card is colored Blue, which is the image color of Persona 3. His Active Skill, Velvet Blue, makes all field Puyo blue.

Unfortunately, no Puyo Puyo game has released to date where you can pet any of the dogs.

However, you can play as them. (Scylla is a dog-human centaur, Baldanders is a hell-hound, Ai is an anthro dog).
