I can see that for some people, things like the tone for Batman overall is something essential for the character at it's core, in order for it to feel like him and work in the original ideals of the series, but i think it's neat when they make something more soft and wholesome.

@PastaFazool22 They just like to mess with eachother, be a little silly, have fun,not everything has to result in ship or deep friendship.
