Rey was originally supposed to be the third addition to the triad I had going on (+Ryata and Rene) but he suffered recording complications that resulted in postponing him for a very long time. He is based off of the Oni characters from Urusei Yatsura.

He shares a birthday with me. 😳
He came into existence because I had just created his sister and sort of wanted something more. He was kept as a secret development until his release, however. His designs have only gotten darker as time went on.

My child...
His concept was very different than how he actually turned out to be. He used to have brown hair and horns, and donned a much quieter personality. Today he's very rough and loud, and swears a lot. Go baaack! Haha. I love him though.
