Sonic Rush

Blaze is now one of my favorite Sonic characters. Her arc is great, and her friendship with Cream is adorable.

Fun mechanics, but the level design isn't perfect.
Awful boss fights that take too long.

Despite the frustration, it's still one of the better Sonic games.

Takes place over the entire original trilogy, and how events affects the no-name pilots.

Small cameos, but not reliant on fanservice.

Kinda feels like a light novel.

A very short and canon comic that fills in backstory and development.

Also, this is where Tai, and by extension my Bi-lo Ren headcanon comes from.
