Walked into my Yoga Studio this morning to teach a class, students were chatting away at a fair volume. A student’s voice pierced the chatter… “Captain on the bridge!”

I ambled up to the front…“At ease.”

55 yrs ago the Star Trek Episode “City On The Edge of Forever” aired. I so loved this tragic story & my homage piece to Spock in this episode, called “Edge of Forever” still holds a special place for me. ❤️🖖
