Sonic Colors manage to have such unique level aesthetics while still having a consistent amusement park theme. While the game is too reliant on 2D gameplay, have short levels, and a story that aged somewhat poorly, I still adore the game for how unique it is.

I really appreciate Mega Man 6 and Mega Man V on Game Boy give the bosses a consistent theme. 6 has a regional theme, while V had a space theme. It makes them stand out, and I wished more Mega Man games have consistent theming for the Robot Masters.

@starrynightmix I can kind of see where they are coming from. I do prefer the modern designs over the classic since I'm used to them, but the classic designs do a better job of conveying what animals they are. I mean, Modern Espio essentially have Sonic's body.

What game do you have a love-hate relationship with? Mine would have to Super Paper Mario.

I don't care too much for Mega Man & Bass, but I think it's a solid contender for having the best Robot Master Designs.
