Professor Chaos also had a cut ability/power in FBW. It was a Chaos Piñata, it was originally his third power and not the "Hired Hands" power like in final. Since it was going to explode with confetti and candy, I'm guessing it was a bit same like the Boom-Boom Buddy from the (1)
Looks like PD got 2 different Launcher icons from Update 4.6.3, Sixth Element Randy was from the Google Play Store and the Cartman face was from APKMirror.
If you look closely enough on the Cartman one, you can see the theme icons in the background.

Looking at the model/texture of the Underpants Gnomes in PD, there are different Gnome variations but they are unused, in the final game all Gnomes look the same, in their card art also appear different gnomes, it's a small detail but it definitely would be nice to see it (1)

Dr. Mephesot's lab seemed to have been more intact before the 6th graders would attack. It looks like you would fight enemies such as pigs and apes instead of Muntant 6th graders. (20)
The Moor Kids at the begining looked different instead of basic designs and reused models from Clyde's army from SoT like in the final version. There might have been a feature after doing side missions for your buddies, their look would change and abilities. This could be (17)
