There would be caves where you would fight Nazi Zombie Underpants Gnomes and Nazi Zombie Crab People. One entrance to the caves would have been in Mike Makowski's backyard. (15)

The UFO also crashed in the Village. The Gnomes have mines and their village is seperated from the Crab People's City. In the CP City you would also meet King Crab who later got reused in FBW. (14)

Later he would reach the Gnome Village. This is where he also would meet the Uderpants Gnome of Vice Marketing. (13)

Now to the most interesting part, the Underground of the Underpants Gnomes and Crab People. After defeating the Gnomes at your Parents' room, New Kid would follow them in a hole and then chase them in a Minecart (12)

The New Kid would also at one point go inside the UFO Reactor, not sure what he would happen there. (11)

Hell was supposed to be entered from the Woodland Critters Area (at least that's 1 entrance), this is where mostly likely Satan and Damien where (probaby also some of the Warriror Demons) (8)

His stomach did change a bit. (7)

The layout of Mr. Slave didn't change much. (6)

Let's move on to the environments, The Xmas Town, it was the place where you would find Santa, Underpants Gnomes and the CCPD. Jesus was supposed to be killed there and most likely New Kid was to solve the case, the rest is unknown. (some images are from the 2012 builds) (4)
