The VR Sisters from Security Breach: Fury’s Rage.
Okay so Game Theory is a guilty pleasure of mine and he brought them up and I love their designs—
They’re mass-produced Rockstar Animatronics and show up as the first boss in the game.
Shovelsaurus from Monster Strike.
Likely based off an excavator. But a lizard! That shoots lasers and fire and explosives!
SCP-2427-3, also known as "A Thing Full of Stuff" or "Spider Friend".
You may feel compelled to have it judge your purity; though the consequences of failure tend to be fatal.

The Seamstress from 9
She’s simply listed as a "Machine".
Not entirely sure what she has going on here but it’s spooky. Can’t believe I’ve never heard of this movie before, it looks sick!
Taking a break from “killer robots” for just a second — Chop-Chop from Skylanders.
He’s an undead Arkeyan Warrior.
Huitzil from Darkstalkers
The wiki was too confusing for me to get much info because I have a short attention span but they look awesome
Cave Johnson from Portal! Specifically his appearance in the Aperture Desk Job timeline opposed to the mainline games.
He is a Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, just like GLaDOS.
Javelin Knight from the Kirby series.
They are a robotic Meta-Knight that serves directly under Meta Knight himself.
P-59 and P-60 from Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace
They are both P-series Destroyer Droids (a submodel of Droideka) who fought valiantly in the Clone Wars onboard the Saak'ak
Neither have pronoun preferences.
