The T-800 Model Terminators from Terminator.
They’re robot skeletons who are trained in the art of kick-ass and can kill you in over 30000 different creative ways. Or something. I dunno all I know is they’re cool and also Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Robo Mario from Mario Kart Arcade GP.
A series of Mario lookalike robots who come in both black and silver, produced by Professor E. Gadd. Exactly what their purpose is isn’t clear, but guessing by the custom go-kart and ability to infinitely spawn items, probably for racing.

Genocidal murder robot of indeterminate gender 💜
