Today 14 years ago, Dragontooth Island and Port Phasmatys were added to RuneScape!

Today 6 years ago, Jagex announced the possible release of what would later be known as Old School RuneScape, but only if it received enough support in a poll for it (posted a few days later).

This announcement was made in response to the discussions in this thread:

Today 14 years ago, the Werewolf Agility course was added to the game!

The course on Ape Atoll was the best one (for xp gains) that existed at that point.

Today 13 years ago, Cold War was released!

The quest also added Iceberg and the Penguin Agility Course to RuneScape.

Today 18 years ago, RuneScape was launched! The game included six quests that had been developed in the previous months:

-Cook's Assistant
-Demon Slayer
-Romeo & Juliet
-Sheep Shearer
-Shield of Arrav
-The Restless Ghost

Which of those is your favourite quest?

Today 6 years ago, the quests Rune Mysteries and Rune Memories were released, and the original Rune Mysteries quest (2004) was removed.

That update also removed the original Tutorial Island (2002) to free up space for the graphically updated Wizards' Tower.

Today 13 years ago, the quest Making History was added to the game!
