Like, the artist even went out of their way to incorporate the TimeFire buckle crest onto the helmet.

A deliberate artistic choice or not, the fact that I STILL remember this Quantum Ranger design is a testament to how memorable this choice was.

It's hard for me to believe that the artist(s) WEREN'T given Timeranger references, because lots of the background art renders in the Time Force style guide seem to be very distinctly lifted from Timeranger scenes.
