One of my first “redraws” deserved another go I think…
Sketching on Procreate, but gonna move over to clip studio to do it properly.
I know I’m harping on about AI, but one of the things that annoys me the most is the way they sidestep honing a personal style and skill.
These drawings are a year apart. I drew and drew, and I’m itching to improve more! ai development is getting better prompts? #humanartist
@Shade_of_stars I love being an artist because I can let my thoughts hit the page, it’s my “me” time where I can just zone out and play with colour and texture and shapes. I’ve also only been amback doing it for a year or two, and seeing my skills sharpen has been so satisfying.

This blue man jumped out of my head. He wanted to be made FAST too!
So I found that ai image on Reddit, it was generated by /axs1553 and as soon as I saw it I knew I’d seen that picture before, so I found the original ( by @stevenwayneart go follow him and like all his stuff, it’s phenomenal) and I called it out in the comments.
