2nd is Rika, best E4 from gen 9.
3rd: Shauntal, because her main is Chandelure (best Ghost Type)
Final one: Claire, Dragon Type final E4 is always cool.

@IncineroarBlaze Favourite is Sneasel by a great many miles. Sneasler is up there as one of my new favourite Pokémon!
Least favourite would be Persian, looks like it’s put a whole watermelon in its mouth and is struggling to swallow it
