Work for the day is done and dusted, so I can push on with what I had planned to share this eve. So, we kick off with some and a rather adorable multipage ad for Sonic 1 in June 1991 from Video Games & Computer Entertainment. Gotta turn fast!

Thinking about Amigas is good!

The Amiga computers have a special place in my heart, so I talk about them and their games often. It was the machine I grew up into gaming with after C64 and where the majority of my genre tastes were established.

Aha, Hired Guns would have been my pick! Lovely choice and an amazing game.

I'll go with one that was critically acclaimed at the time but I feel has lapsed into obscurity: Hammerfist on C64. A graphically gorgeous action adventure with two switchable chars.

It's and Sharka asks: Are you more of a Raiden, Gradius, Darius, or a 19XX person? Which is your favourite (any game in the series, not just the first) and why?

Good morning! 🦈👋🐱 Team Kitshark bring you a little Halloween mischief and magic with their greets this morning. Hope y'all have a very fine day. 🦈💜

Has anyone got anything SEGA-ery planned, classic or new?

Thinking about pesky puzzle games and those that I found annoyingly compulsive to play. Bombuzal on was one, as was Pipe Dream.

Help, now the theme song is stuck in my head. Doooo brmrm dodo de dooo...

Back into you go, my cool little PlayStation that still looks so rad with the power of CGA glamming it up.

Whisper Whisper Whisper, what could Team KitShark be planning?

And good morning! 🦈👏 How y'all doing, late night and morning crew?

Breaking from adventures in ancient Greece to bring you a selection of Famicom ads this The one on the left is regarded as the first print ad for it to have appeared.

Digging through some old OXM issues and came across this one from Dec 2005. Mass Effect! It feels really cool to see features on it this early on in its development as I missed out on all the hype for it. What a game!
