@PenguinsUmbrel2 Can't say. There's never been much as a main team up with both of them, but they usually pair off in the background. As for animated features, closest I can think of right now are the Batman animated 66 movies Return of the Caped Crusaders and vs Two-Face

So the designs of Riddler and Penguin seemingly are variations of the WB World Dubai Penguin and same Riddler hybrid with fanart (who is so disconnected from its artist, the name is hard to find with a reverse image search. If anyone knows the original artist, please tell me.)

One thing I think about as a curator for my Burns and Smithers sideblog is that what they mean to me as a queer person.

Joker does the same and Penguin basically tells him to get fucked.
