So (spoilers for anyone) I presume what was on the audio, because the person behind this Designer was Joker, and through observation, Joker masquerading as Designer bartered a deal with Riddler to distract people in exchange for Oswald's safety.

I was wondering what happened to Riddler and Penguin (along with some others) in the Future State arc.

Apparently they are both dancing together at a club for masks! Penguin is now classified as a mask despite his protests in Detective Comics #1027!

also Mr. Freeze is there!

I love that the genius appeal of 2004 Riddlebird is that this version their roles are absolutely switched. Penguin is the bombastic extrovert and Riddler is the emotional introvert and them working together meshes so WELL.

I just wish they would have give us more of them
