2009. This was a test piece for Super Hero Squad toys. They wanted to see different art styles to choose from. This style was not chosen, so the project went to a different artist.
Because every Spider-Man action figure needs a motorcycle, here's Miles Morales riding a chopper. Don't ask me how that wheel is supposed to work.
My art for Spider-Man vs. the Sinister Six action figure box set. I LOVED working on this one. I wish I could have done all 6 villains.

Back in 2003 I did a Batman portfolio piece, hoping to get work from DC. It wasn't good enough. 19 years later I've remastered it. This is a new, updated version of that Batman. I don't know any DC editors, but I like this version much better now.
Here's the original 2006 version for comparison. The first change I made after publication was Hulk's nose. Because the Hulk doesn't look like the Hulk unless you get the nose right. After that, I kept revising different characters over the years.
I'm suffering through Day 2 of a migraine, and they usually last 3 days. Also I told Hasbro that I would have something to show them tomorrow.
