At the request of @DiedUnkownTime here are a couple Carnage images from the mid 2000s that I found on my computer. One of them is my art, and the other was done by a different artist. (unfortunately I don't know who.)
Art Post: This is a Warhammer 40K novel cover I did in 2004 titled Lord of the Night, written by Si Spurrier.
This was for the Ultimate Spider-Man Animated guide. The drawing was submitted for approval, and the art director felt that I drew the arms & legs too big and bulky. So I shrunk the limbs and made him more slender for the final color version. It was a good note from the AD.
Here's a detail of my Rifts: Ultimate Edition book cover from 2005. Everybody loves the Ley Line Walkers.
Art Post: Here's a Silver Surfer I did for Marvel merchandise, after the legendary John Buscema.
Oh well. Here's some art that I haven't lost. An Iron Man I did for general merchandise from around 2005-06.
#IronMan
In 2005 I made this movie-style poster after going exclusive with Marvel. This was before the creation of the MCU. Since then people have told me that I did a great job capturing @ChrisEvans likeness. 😆 He wasn't my reference. Evans was still the Human Torch at this point.
Any Lord of the Rings fans here? In 2005 I did the box art for two LotR action figure box sets. The Lothlorien Gift Pack and the Pelennor Fields Gift Pack, featuring 5 action figures in each box. Toy Biz sent me comps for both. The only time that ever happened in my career.
For today's art post I give you my Ennie Nominated cover for Rifts: Ultimate Edition RPG main rule book, 2005. It was included in the 2006 Spectrum 13, and is still in print today,
