Nakyum is not wearing his cap when Jihwa sees him, so he might have lost it or managed to leave it behind as a trace for Seungho who,once he gets over the initial fear that Nakyum might have left him, may follow it,doing everything in his powers to find Nakyum despite his illness

Seungho looks so young, soft and innocent, but also content and almost happy. The constant tension and furrowed eyebrows are gone. He's finally at peace, sleeping like a baby. And it's Nakuym who gave it to him, who makes him feel this good and safe. #PainteroftheNight
