It's likely Seungho might have just fucked up and destroyed everything he gained and all the trust Nakyum had in him.He believed that Seungho would come for him, protect him, only to wake up from one nightmare into another a much worse one - one in which SH rejects and hurts him.

Even if it's heartbreaking, it makes a terrible twisted sense that Seungho is unable to trust NK without any proof.People have always used him and lied to him, plus the way their relationship started, with NK in love with IH...He simply doesn't believe NK could possibly love him.
