Seungho can't believe this happiness isn't a dream, that Nakyum is really by his side, in love with him. He fears losing it and Nakyum even more and Nakyum comforts him and reassures him so beautifully - he has this calming effect on SH each time. He is Seungho's solace.

One of the reasons why Seungho changes their positions is because he couldn't see Nakyum's lovely eyes.

We all know that Nakyum's heart is not the only place Seungho wants to have exclusive rights to.

Seungho deliberately puts Nakyum on top of him so when he's confessing his love to him Nakyum's not lying on the floor. He wants to look up to him, mirroring NK' position when he confessed his love to Seungho on the bridge. It's so reverent and SH looks like he's worshipping NK.

Seungho becomes utterly vulnerable, laying his heart open in front of Nakyum, admitting that he's heart only belongs to Nakyum. That's basically a vow of faithfulness and that he doesn't want anyone else but NK. He gives Nakyum all of himself and only asks all of Nakyum in return

It's Seungho now who is covering his mouth to stifle his moans, all shy and blushing scarlet red, so he wouldn't embarrass himself with his loud moans and cries in front of Nakyum. Everyone thought SH would make the whole brothel hear NK's cries, now it's the other way round.
