like I prefer the ending for the Lain anime over tha game 4 example
@TheMaskedmanx Goku wipes Emperor oh that nigga's just big oh it can crush a planet??? Getter Beam???? My ass. Z Broly was wiping whole solar systems solo didn't need any fleet, Goku punched a whole in that nigga it's OVER for G Emperor
@HERO_Sandwitch A canon(?) endpoint of all timelines. A whimsical and mostly light main Gundam show. People compare it to Ghibli sometimes. It's adventurous and fun, but has the anti-war spirit! I love it, and if shows like Zeta are too serious and dry for you, then Turn-A should be perfect.
Zeta was definitely an improvement over MSG, lots of the issues I had with it were fixed in this series. A good watch, with much some really good character stuff through it, and some cool action. At times animation still felt limited, but like MSG it's never a real problem.
Finished MSG 0083 Stardust Memory this morning. Wouldnt say it was kino but it was good. Great art, action, and animation so consistent with the other OVAs. Gato was a really cool villain, the protag was lame and I only enjoyed him because he's voiced by Ryo Horikawa.
Finished Lisa The Painful this morning. I haven't played many turn based RPGs, but this one is for sure my favourite. It uses the medium of video games to the fullest. Stressful and sad, and balances it great with the comedy. Real kino. Will play other rpg maker games soon maybe.
The protagonists were fun but each was just flat besides Butcher who was a blast from start to finish and genuinely interesting. This man carries the comic on his back.
In the end the show is better, writing is more compelling and smart with a sense of maturity. Ennis is a hack.
